We cater for caravans, tents and small motor homes we have electric grass and hard standing pitches.
We have showers and toilets and a chemical disposal point. We have a covered washing up area.
Friendly dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead.

There is something for everyone Offa's Dyke walk, Moel Famau and Snowdonia national park. Nearby is the historic Holywell town with the Holy Well's, Basingwerk Abbey Greenfield Valley Heritage Park. Coastal walking paths, Pantasaph monastery.
Ideally located for the roman city of Chester, the Historic walled town of Conwy, the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno and the North wales coast.
Talacre beach with a 19th century light house is only a short drive away. For the more adventurous there is surf snowdonia, high ropes, bounce below and zip world a 30 minute drive away as well as go karting , many golf and driving ranges, zoos and animal parks in the surrounding area.
From Chester on A55 exit at J31 signposted Prestatyn A5151.
At 1st roundabout take 3rd exit. At 2nd roundabout take 2nd exit A5026 signposted Holywell. Continue for 1m take 1st R through Pant y Wacco for 0.6m to the cross road at Druid Inn Pub turn Right. Continue 2m towards Babell site on left.

price is for max of 2 adults and 2 children per pitch and includes 1 caravan or tent, 1 awning, 1 car and 1 dog (max) . optional extras include gazebo £5.00 per night, pup tent £3.00 per night, extra car £4.00 per night . Unfortunately no day visitors are allowed on site due to security and noise levels.
under 18's must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. No hen or stag parties. We do not accept dogs listed in the Dangerous Dog Act. Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work related purposes, carrying goods or fare paying passengers) and sign written vehicles and not permitted on site. Please kindly note that we do allow fire pits and barbecues as long as they are off the grass, not causing any damage and not left unsupervised. Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site
